Hello Everyone—
I know you all just finished your town hall - I hope you’re as thrilled as I am with the good news. Previously I sent you all a message, I stated the following: “I believe in this group. You all are some of the most motivated and creative developers we have had the opportunity to collaborate with - and we’re looking forward for that partnership to continue.”
Given your hard work and adaptability, particularly over the past twelve months, you continue to prove that.
The community feedback from last fall’s Project ETHOS playtest was revealing. It affirmed the appeal of a action-packed game but made clear we still had improvements to make. It revealed the necessity for a more distinct identity.
It has been motivating to see how far you’ve advanced. You accepted the feedback to consideration and overhauled the title with a renewed vision - one that’s positioned to fulfill its promise to our audience.
Our confidence in this project increases every day. To boost the outstanding progress you’ve made, It is a pleasure to introduce the new hire as the incoming Lead of the team. Following a period of discussions, he comes aboard us on the specified date.
His leadership and experience in the competitive gaming space is vast, having spent the recent years developing and leading some of the most recognizable titles in gaming, such as Call of Duty: Black Ops, and more recently, Apex Legends.
Please join me in greeting Ben soon. We are all eager to continue seeing the evolution of the game in the weeks to ahead.
